When will Voyetra Turtle Beach get WHQL Certification for their latest drivers

I am not a big fan for beta/release canadate drivers but when will the certification for the latest drivers come. May the problem lie where the microsoft no longer supports/WHQLs drivers that platform. I do not know. Voyetra was just a little bit too late for fixing their drivers for windows 98. What the company is going to have to do is to say that they will work for windows 98 but use the windows ME version. Unless the windows 98 version is totally different than the windows ME version. Maybe this is why the driver has not been certified. The last release for the driver was 6/23/03 which is going to be two months in 10 days. I just cannot believe that it would take that long to be certified. There must be a big problem with the driver that microsoft will not WHQL it or it may rely with the windows 98 issue. I do not know. I sent them an email with a link to where microsoft will no longer accept drivers to WHQL for windows 98. I don't know what is going on up in Yonkers, NY at the company but I would like to find out what the problem might be.

If anyone has any info pass it along

later

Ah don't bother with WHQL crap. If the driver works fine it works and even if it doesn't have WHQL. And I've seen many drivers that were WHQLed and they crashed Windows. So just ignore this useless WHQL nonsence.
