Creating bin cue

Maybe a dumb question but
how can i create .bin .cue files for example a game or .avi file?
can someone help me whith it?

System Specs

Well you need to make a cd image, if you get WinISO you can make your CD image from that, you can make it either an iso format or make a bin and cue.

I also recommend blindwrite for making CD images for backups, very good program for this kind of thing.
