Default Post WINXP SP1 Build 1068 New feature question

Who know what the function "Turn off advanced text services for this program" at the tab compatibility means? (properties of a .exe file)

just did some reading and basically while you are using a program and need to turn off handwriting recognition, speech recognition, and some accessibility features then this option lets you do so. These services can affect performance, and if you are not using them with your current program, you can turn them off temporarily by checking that radio button

When I first picked up the sp1 leak I noticed something new in the Compadibility section, I didn't pay much attention to it. But that may come in handy sometime.

ok lets say for instance you have magnifier turned on to view text because you have trouble reading small print so its something you always leave on......well one day you start up a game and magnifier conflicts with it and makes it crash but you dont wanna shut it down and restart it each time if its only that program it has trouble with......so you just click on that and it quits magnifier and restarts it for you upon completion
