My computer is alt tabbing randomly in 3d applications

I have no idea why, but my computer keeps randomly minimizing my games and benchmarking programs for no reason at all. I have no idea whats happening. Does anyone know whats going on or how to fix it?

Yep, I just checked that out and was coming here to post the results. I found a new spyware program that spybot doesn't detect. I terminated it and then manually removed it from the regestry and HD.

Come to think of it, I should have saved its details so they could add it to an update of spybot.

My games and benchmarks are running fine now.

It happens every minute or so? look at your processes, and look for a file that takes up about 5 megs, I think its 4 letters long. maybe you could copy/paste your whole process list here because if I saw the name of the file agian I would recognise it.

Ok listen up, i was at a customer this week and he had the exact same problem! Now he had anti virus program installed, so i thought it wouldnt be a virus, after a hour of fucking around, i saw a little program "testing.exe" getting active sometimes and shutting down again... I removed the virus scanner, installed norton, and let him scan, and he said this "testing.exe" was a lil virus, i removed it, problem solved... I hope this might be some help to you too!

But my computer scans 2 days a week and it's never found a virus, at least, not that one, or for that matter, any.
