UXTHEME for winxp sp1 build 1068

I checked around to see if I could find a working dl link for the uxtheme.dll for build 1068 of the windows xp sp1, but alas couldnt find it. So if anyone on these boards has it, or knows of a link and has a bit of time to send it to shoger@easystreet.com I would be much appreciative.
