Extended Desktop

Anyone know how I can get my two monitors to act as if there are 2 different desktops? i know it can be done as i have friends with it but i can't get it to work myself can anyone help?

GFX: Radeon 9700 Pro

ALso, what is TRUform?

Truform when turned on (not sure if the game NEEDS to support it or not) will Smooth our such things as hills.... instead of Straigh edges...it'll somehow (not sure i'm getting this right) addin in another couple polygons.... As for the extended desktop.... right click on the desktop.... (the main on) go to settings... select the monitor you want to extend onto.... at the botton below the color slider should be checkable options... one should be EXTEND MY DESKTOP or similare..... check it....hit apply...wait a second as the monitor resets...and volla....

ive said it many times before and ill say it again, those of you on dual monitors be sure to check out ultramonitor 2 www.realtimesoft.com the most amazing piece of software ever made for multiple monitors. it does many things like allowing you to have different images on each desktop, a single spanning image over both monitors, quickkeys to move windows over monitors, turn off and on monitors, screensavers on both monitors etc, taskbar on second monitor (so you dont have all the window tabs from both monitors on first)..........invaluable piece of software.

I WILL have to look into that Zardon. i remember you mentioning it.... but never really looked at it as i don't have 2 monitors...

Truform is located in the D3D tab...and openGL tab...
