??? What graph card has the best TV-Out ?

Hi!
What graphics card has the best TV-Out on the market ?
I want a graph card with superior TV-Out, it's gonna sit in a barebone and it's gonna be hooked up to a television only.
I will ONLY use this graph card for wathcing divx, xvid, vcd, svcd movies and DVD movies so it doesnt need to be a gamer card just have good TV-Out and maybe some hardware mpg/mpeg4 acceleration or something.
Heard the geforce4 MX440 was good, is that true? (dont have any nVidia experience since geforce2 and that tv-out sucked).

Anyone have any suggestions ?

ATI cards have a very decent TV out.

Nvidia are a little worse but have the advantage of being supported by TV Tool

I use the M7 built into my laptop and I'm happy. Same thing with my 8500 and my original radeon.

I've read somewhere (can't recall where) that the ATI cards have better DVD playback.
Altough the difference could be minor, I never had problems with the TV-out of my ATI cards (M7-M9-9700pro)
My advice, pick an ATI!
