Divx / Xvid problems

Problem Is Now Solved - thanks for the in put guys.

Howdy... I was wondering if any of you out there were farmiliar with a color inversion problem with Divx/Windows Media player 9. All the colors in a video appear as their complementary colors. The latest Divx codec is installed.

The video plays fine other than the color problem. Other videos play perfectly fine. Perhaps a different codec is required to play this movie... but I don't know which one...and am not aware of any methods of finding out.

Does anyone know about a fix for this problem?

I have no problems of the such.... I dunno what it could be... I suggest just uninstalling the codec, restarting, then reinstalling

Reinstalling doesnt help... one of the first things tried. This problem is specific only to this video file... and I am reluctant to accept that it would be corrupted in such a weird way.
