Sorry... I gave a brief and undescriptive description.
Here is some more information... I always thought my graphics card wasn't very fast but wtf... I have a Dell Dimension 4550 with Bios Revision A09 which came installed with the computer when I bought it. Alright Guys... I got AGP enabled... but now the AGP aperture size is still over half... how do I change that?

The real question is, why didn't this stuff come setup properly with a pre-built system?
