Abit IC7-G - Mic dont work!!!

I have just bought a new Motherboard. Abit IC7-G.

I am pretty satisfied, but I cant seem to get my microphone to work on it.

Does anybody out there have any Idea of what can be the case here?

would realy appreciate it!

Do you have the latest BIOS and MB drivers installed?

And lots of times, some of those ports can double up as 6 channel audio ports. Make sure you have it set to Mic input.

Just to be clear, are you using your mobo's on-board audio, or a separate sound card?
