it's attaching round your wrist, then you have a long spring wire which you clip to an earth ground, sommit like a radiator.

Normally any pipes in your house will do as of course the third round hole in any standard 3 prong outlet.

now my question is how many people actually use anti-static grounding wrist straps??..i know i dont and i have worked on hundreds of computers..??/and ive never had any problems??
