Ticketmaster Software???

Does anyone out there know if there are any programs or software available that speeds up the online ordering progress for Ticketmaster? For example, the program would automatically enter the number of tickets that you want when the concert or sporting event goes on sale. Right now you have to keep refreshing the event page on Ticketmaster.com until the concert goes on sale. When it finally goes on sale you have to enter "2" tickets and goe to the next screen and enter a random word. Then by the time you do all that the good seats are all taken. I have heard that ticketbrokers have such programs that autmatically enter the required information and was hoping to find this software. I would appreciate any help or PMs. Thanks in advance!!
