The lates and the greatest thing out i would like to here what you know and think about AGP 8x ?

That's what I believe too (for the first year and a half), but afterwards, they will probably have fixed bugs and other issues that will take full advantage of the available speed of the new AGP port.

Doubtfull.
AGP 1x -> 2x showed a very nice increase

AGP 2x -> 4x showed a 0% increase will all my AGP x4 capable setups (x3 diff mobo's, x4 diff graphics cards)

Is AGP x8 really going to improve matters?

look on the bright side: at least you'll gain around 500 3dMarks

To bad 8X apg will be short lived, at Intel Channel Conference ( I am a channel partner) Ther are already talking serial agp . Effectively 10x the badwidth of 8x agp. for Q4 2003
