What P4 is this?

Out of nowhere I a P4 3.2 GHz with 1 MB Cache and 800 FSB. What processor is this? I didn't hear about it before. Silent release? Or just some P4 EEs which didn't pass tests for 2 MB cache so they locked half of it away~?

Not a typo because the processors page lists the EE as well.

Any thoughts on it? I'm guessing it's the didn't past test and dumbed down EE..

I've noticed that too. Some folks over at ABX think it might be a Pre-Prescott chip, like the Willamettes for the P4s~ Quite odd. But I think my guess isn't too off either.. Time will tell
