will we be able to use the new MIRA technology in windows xp sp1?

how is this going to work out? i know it was mentioned that this was going to be made avaliable to OEM's, but if its part of SP1 then we should be able to use it too right? then again if its a separate program all together then i guess we will not... i think that with the Corona Windows Media Player being able to be docked to the taskbar it would be really neat to use a remote to select songs to be played..... anyone got some info on this it would be appreciated!
