help needed (bios entry on win98 laptop)

I'm trying to get into the bios on this win98 laptop I'm trying to sort for my neighbour.

It doesn't seem to accept the normal command to get into it - F2, F10 or del

IT an old old toshiba satellite - does anyone have any ideas plz?

Shift, alt or F8?

F8 gives alternate boot options... haven't tried shift or alt - will try them

check the toshiba website for any information on it, look for support etc

do a google on it...like "bios settings on ______" thats how i had to figure out how to open the bios on my vaio desktop.

managed to find it on toshiba's website - it was right near the top of the support page! 2nd item down! lol - had to hold down escape and then press f1 - odd - but got there in the end - thanks for suggesstions guys
