this is why you should defrag and defrag often! this is what happens when you don't reboot and load your entire hdd full in 3 days lol

I acutally defrag my hdd:s 4-5 times a week. Isn't that too much??

No, it can never been enough. I defrag my drives when they're 10% fragmented.

i defragment my drives after EVERY single thing i install or after moving various files that are of any size.... doesn't matter what it is... i install a game... i defrag, if i install 2 or more i install one at a time and defrag between each thoroughly (running it multple times till it just instantly flashes "Defrag complete"

what is #2? is there a 3? and what is one.. how do you know which one another person may be talking about... when someone is in there for a fairly lengthy period of time and say he/she was going number 1.... would you look at them strangely?

Well, one of the n00bed magazines (Max PC or computer shopper, i forget) did an analysis and found hardly any performance gains after defragging.
