Need New Router

Well, I guess the answer to my problem is I need a new router. I currently have a BEFSR41 and since I'm not familer with routers, I need a router a step or two up from it to easily control my 4.5 Mbps download which it isn't doing well with right now. Doesn't matter what company makes it if anyone can suggest one I'd appreciate it.

You'll have to be a bit more specific about what you would like to do with it. I'll just say Cisco right now.

Under $150. The router I have right now I guess doesn't handle my download speed well or so I'm told. Not fast enough of a processor.

Well, I'm running a Netgear FR328s and it rocks. The cpu used does make a difference and this bad boy has one running at whopping 150MHz. Also its an 8 port true hardware firewall which is great!!! I paid about $190 but you can find it for about $140 from Cnet. Worth every penny man, throughput is amazing with this router and you are always protected to the max.
