I just had a go... not really pushing the oc... straight up to 480 on the core and not a single artifact in 3dmark03... latest build... 4.7cats... everyday running - so that includes the background processes still going... 7225 - http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=2788954

I'll play with it some more 2moro an sunday and see if I can crack 7.5k with the arctic cooler

did u use atitool to see the max core and memory, tasty? the highest i got mine was 470 (also using the vga silencer) with the memory at default. no artifacts at all, but i had to back down when increased the memory. got it at a stable 460/390...

Nice OC man. I was able to get that much out of my now sold visiontek with the silencer(my current 9800 dont break 430 lol). The silencer gave me a 30MHz OC over the stock cooler. Top hsf right now for 9800's

someone posted some pics of new revisions of the silencer for the 9800 pro, along with one for the 9600 xt and x800.

That's really good! my 9800 won't break over 420/366, but gotta thank to the silencer... I couldn't reach any higher than 400 before with the ATI stock fan, silencer do kick butt.
