Big price drops on A64's!!!

Looks like a good time to check out the A64's if you're in need of a new cpu. Some have gone down over $80

An A64 3000+ is now $40 less than a P4 3GHz

Nice... I'm hoping I can resist building a completel new computer though, until PCI-E, BTX and SLI all become moderatly affordable for an AMD platform.

i cant wait till next year, when i build my new comp from the ground up

im looking to spend ~3 grand...so it will definitely be a killer

rock on nacht...if ya got speakers and monitor already taken care of...you can get a SWEEEET rig....possibly look into water and dually CPUs

yea but wre is the sock 939's thier the ones you want to get

754's etc are allready out...

939 will be the ones to contenu on ... to get ddr 2 ... etc ...

Yea I just passed my future PC project by my wife. I am budgeting $4500 - $5000

May not need it all but I figured higher in the budget is better. Build date is July 2005!!

i got 2000$ towards a new CPU,Mobo, HDs, and video card. so i got a great computer lined up. i can't wait to start.

nah, socket 939 will be shot out too, then we get socket 900. Anyway, a 939 3500+ is like $130 cheaper than it used to be.
