Cool
What were you at before? I was supposed to get a free upgrade to 3.0 Mbit, but my phone lines couldn't handle it OR I'm too far from their CO
Oh well.. I'm moving and switching ISPs in a month anyways.

I got the 1.5mb upgrade a couple of months ago through telewest. The difference in download speed is very noticable from 1mb.
The upload speed stays the same though - is it the same for you NTL guys? Whats really great is my employer pays for my internet access

i'm on a 1.5 MBit line, but it's capped (haven't decided if it's my router or my ISP who capped it...but my guess is the ISP)
either way...it's nice to nail a 60 megabyte file in about 8 minutes |
