CUW-AM (Intel 810) sound drivers

Hi all,

I am trying to install the sound drivers for a CUW-AM motherboard. Chipset is Intel 810, sound is on board. I am looking for drivers on Win9x (95, 98)

The driver should be composed of 3 part : WDM, MIDI, gameport
After a consequent time spent on internet, I have found the WDM driver (file Vinyl_AudioCodec_V510b.zip), but impossible to get any stuff to support MIDI or gameport

Is there anybody to help me ?
