What is a good WinXP TaskManger Program?

I'm looking for a good program that allows you to view running processes in taskmanager, eliminate it if I choose to, and also gives a description on each process.

winxp task manager is exellent. just use google to see what services do. and most processes are itval to your system. on a good system there should be about 10 processes running.
