a64 3000 mobo combo? ram??
Hey I am about ready to build a new machine becuase my old ones getting dated. Heres a list of the parts I want to use I am still a nub somewhat and want to be sure I getting the best bang for the buck. Any ideas for what might work better would be helpfull.
MSI "K8N Neo-FSR" NVIDIA nForce3 250GB - $109 Hitachi 160GB 7200RPM SATA - $102 AMD Athlon 64 3200+ - $208 Thermaltake Venus 12 CPU Cooler - $30 Buffalo Technology 184-Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 - $86 Thermaltake Silent PurePower, 420W ATX power - $37 Thermaltake VA3000 Dream Tower Black Tsunami - $125 Lite-On 16X DVD-ROM - $30 EXCALIBUR R9800PRO ICEQ $235 so like $962 bucks w/o shipping anyother ideas? Should I change anything downgrade/upgrade? thanks frx |

looks damn good to me. do you already have a CD-RW, or else not need one?
oh, one more thing! if you can spare some more cash, try for an RX800 Pro or Nvidia 6800 card.
