from 333Mhz to 400Mhz is there a difference QUICK HELP!

hello!

I currently have nice old ram sticks running at 166Mhz!!!

I have some money and I could upgrade to these:

which is a WICKED prize...

but will I acctually see any difference?? if I use 200Mhz?

I would say yes, but it also depends on if your CPU is unlocked.

Only if you run your cpu at 200Mhz as well. If you run the memory in asynchronous mode, you'll most likely lose performance in most applications and games.

I tested that and i did lost in some reas and gained in others

evend up about = so point less unless you run both at 200mhz...

(2x166)333mhz = 2.7 gb of bandwith to your cpu and memory
(2x200)400mhz = 3.2 gb of bandwith to your cpu and memory

you get 400mb extra bandwith buy running both at 200

goign from oc'd 133 @ 166 to 200 there was a HUGE diff now its 272 lol
