Xp region problem
I built a xp media center box and put in a dvd drive. The problem is I made it region two for all my region two dvd's and now the picture is all grainy and looks like crap. TV is fine but dvd's look terible. It seems to look good for a second untill things really start to move. ANy ideas

IT's not the region thats the problem. It is the quality of the image.

try re-installing your DVD player software? maybe try different software?
