I'd recommend these for both.

Update: Okay at least for the second setup. I don't know if it'll fit on the LGA. Odd since it's a "new" heatsink you figure it would.

it uses a retention setup, for the XP-120. i think it only works for socket 478 and AMD A64 setups. they got a new heatsink coming out that will be for the LGA 775. not sure when it will be out.

Hmmmm. You have to bend resistors huh???Before it's all over I think I will end up water cooling them both. But not anytime soon.I have spent alot of $$$ on these computers in the last 10 days and my wife's looking at me real hard.

Actually it's caps.

P4C800-E Deluxe *caps mechanically obstruct pipe slightly, cap tilting necessary.

The question should be asked, do you plan on OC'ing?

If not one of the non-heatpipe sinks from Thermalright should do fine.

thats why i said or something, thanks for the clarification necrosis i was gonna check it once i got out of class. Its not a bad thing, and i havent heard any problems come from tilting the caps, as i heard that the pipes will do it for you when you mount

just gently move the caps with u finger. my mobo u have to move them, but it was after u went to put the retention clips on the opposite side down. with the XP-120 u will need to have ur memory removed to get to 2 of the retention clips. or u will not be able to clip it down.
