How do I lock F-lock as being On?

Okay so I got this MS keyboard that I actually love...except theres one problem. They have this blasted F-lock key that you have to hit to get the F1-F12 keys to respond(otherwise they do other functions for Word which are completely useless to me)

Someone told me that there is a way of locking it as always being on, but he couldnt remember how.

Does any one of you know?

I get the same thing with my Logitech Elite KB but I don't mind it. There might be a registry key to enable it always being on but I don't know exactly what it might be.

yes, i had to swtich from the MS keyboard to the Logitech elite...but they both have the f-lock thing.

the problem with the MS keyboard:
f buttons are in 4 groups of 3....not 3 groups of 4 like they're supposed to be
printscreen doesnt work with f-lock on, f buttons dont work with it off.

id be interested in a solution for this too

Crap, it doesn't work with USB.

Oh well, I only have to turn F-lock back on after I unplug the keyboard anyway.
