Which router?

I need a router that doesn't have issues with on-line gaming and doesn't have problems with 3072/768 ADSL (PPPoE) connections.

Which one should I get?

Linksys BEFSX41
Netgear RP614
D-Link DI-604

Ive used the Netgear rp614 in the past, nothing bad to say about it. As for the others I have no opinion.

What connection do you got? I'm looking for something that will actually work with my ADSL 3000/768 (PPPoe).

I see.

I need something that I know is gonna work with a fast DSL connection. My SMC7004VBR isn't doing the job.

Then you want a netgear router. they are the best routers for the home/ small business market. They also have the most solid panels and firmware upgrading ive seen.

It's good for gaming too? 'Cause my current one does not like games at all, I have to disconnect it to play and use ASE.

I have a Linksys Befsr41v3, easy setup and just like the Befsx41 a solid Lan DMZ port

According to the links the Linksys seems to have problems, as does the D-Link.

I used to run that Netgear router on a 3000/800 cable connect and never had a problem; it handled our house gaming needs with no issues. In fact I liked so much that when I upgraded to an 8 port I looked no further than Netgear

Netgear makes really solid routers, at least from what i've seen in reviews and from friends, better then linksys.

I have a D-Link, works flawlessly, I had a Linksys before, and had tons of problems, thus making me hate linksys.

Are your connection problems fixed now that you've gotten this new Router?

I got the router and it works great! All my problems are fixed. Downloads are fine, no gaming lag and ASE works!

Thanks for all the suggestions, guys.
