Sad Plzzzz help me -my memory doing problems-

I have this computer :
----------------------------------
Asus P4P800-E Deluxe ~ Intel P4 2.8 GHz Prescott with Hyper-Threading Technology ~ Nvidia Ge-Force FX 5700 Ultra 256 MB ~ Power Supply 500W ~ 2x256 MB DDR Memory Spectek ~ 2xHard Drives (WDC 40GB, ST 3GB) ~ Win XP Pro with SP1 ~
----------------------------------

Last week I purchased 2 more Cards of DDR Memory...
Their Kind : ~Elixir~M2U25664DS88B3G-5T~256MB~400MHz~PC3200~
I did checked the QVL List of my Motherboard and it's must to work together...
Then, I add these 2 cards to my computer and Everything Worked fine...
After one day that I left my computer to work all night I turn on my monitor and saw that he freezed...! So I had to do Restart... then I chacked maybe some Application's maked heavier and as a result it's freezed... or the heat of the memory has grow... and some more basic thing's... But Everything seems to be fine...
I did download the new driver for my BIOS... but it's not helping like I expected....
I checked after how much time it freezing... If I'm working on my computer or not he freezing after 9 hours more or less...

I hope you can help me...

Its usually not recommended that you mix different brands of ram. Thats what may be causing the instability. Take out your old ram and keep the Elixir sticks in and see if its still unstable. If so, it may be the new ram that is faulty.

Maybe try loosening the timings of the memory up -- But if it goes away by removing the other brand of ram, and mucking with the DDR bios settings don't help make it stable, not much else you can do but sell the chips you have to get matching ones..Sorry.
