This is an educated guess - could be a refresh rate problem.

Can you set the refresh rate in your problem games to 60hz - try that if possible or within the Omegadriver settings, or both...

This may help too:

In Windows 2k/XP, ALWAYS disable DDC in the ATI "Displays/Monitor" CP after
installing drivers to be able to use ALL the refresh rates and resolutions
your monitor supports, also this is the best way to avoid the 60Hz RR bug.

This type problem didn't seem to me to apply to one brand of card or another, only in how you may need to change the settings (which I can't help with, being a Crucial ATI card owner, thus the drivers and settings setups are different) - I understand.

Let us know what happens - OK?
