6800nu vs 9800 pro
Would it be worth it to upgrade a 9800pro to a 6800 non ultra? Any opinions would be appreciated.

The 6800nu is definitely faster but I dont know; maybe if you can sell the 9800 for a good amount and make up the rest I guess I would do it.

Yes you're gonna notice it. no i don't think it's worth it. imo you can better save up some more and get either a quicker card like the gt or also wait a bit and buy the succesor. The 9800Pro is a quick card that runs everything out there at a relative nice framerate, thats why i think it's not worth it.

should be some new cards out least for ati this winter... we could see a X700XT AGP. Also r480 is rumored... if it's true the more card out the better. Regardless we wil see greater valumes weather you an ati or nvidia fan competition = lower prices
win win for everybody

well, 9800pro to 6800nu is an upgrade, but not a worthwhile upgrade. if you want an upgrade, you want to get at least a 6800GT or an x800xt. But like everybody is saying, wait around for the new stuff, then that way you'll have newer stuff than everybody here.

Upgrade when 100% PCI-E gains ground. Your now upgrade takes you alota money to get a few performance enhanced. It's unworthy.
