Evercool WC-301 noise?

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of getting the Evercool WC-301 for my P4, but I notice on the specs that there's a fan included, presumably to cool down the water in the radiator. On closer inspection, this fan seems to run at speeds somewhere around 4000RPM. Now heck - that's pretty quick, and I find it hard to believe that this is going to be a silent or near-silent cooling solution. Anybody have any experience with these who could gimme some pointers?

The other thing is I can't find out anywhere if this will fit P4 Socket 478s - I've only found a few tests on Athlons. Again - any help greatly appreciated!
