How do I "Hot Rod" an X-Box??????

umm well google is a good place to start.

be careful about modding though because often times it doesnt help you out any.

for instance, if you do XboxLIVE you really need to make sure that whatever mod-chip you use has a switch to go back to normal mode.

if you mod the processor, it is very nice for multi-player games(NOT online MP though) but on a very few singleplayer games, it ruins the timings on the game.

just google some Xbox mods and have fun. Just remember...it voids your warenty.
