im thinking of buying this system and i need your advice:

-Western Digital Raptor 74GB 10,000RPM SATA Hard Drive ($177.00)
-Antec 480W Power Supply with Blue LED Fan ($86.50)
-X800XT-PCI-E manufacturer depends on what i can get my hands on. (520-620$)


some questions i have:
do i need a SATA HD? will a 2*80gb 7200rpm be a better solution.
is there better DDR2 ram for this price?
any help will be appriciated , prices i gave are newegg prices.
