Logitech MX1000 conflict with Firefox.
Hi guys, i've recently purchased this awesome mx1000 baby, it's fantastic but i can't use the forward/backward thumb buttons whie browsing with the last version of Firefox. Also i can“t configure the buttons for Half Life 2. Anyone knows a fix for this problems, i have all drivers up to date. Thanx in advance

Are you using the Logitech software for the mouse of just the generic Windows drivers?

Go to the SetPoint settings and set the Forward/Back buttons as generic buttons (Other -> Select Function -> Generic Button). The forward and back should still work in IE and Explorer.

the onyl thing I know to enable the buttons for games is LogiGamer...but I dunno if it works with the mx1000 or not

Logigamer http://www.logigamer.com/ will work with the MX1000.
He's still calling it a Beta release (2.0.8 Beta), but most folks seem to have very few, if any, problems with it. The guy has a great piece of software, and if you have problems he will try his best to help out on his forum http://forums.logigamer.com/
