LCD Refresh Rate Question

I wasn't too sure on were to place this thread, so feel free to move it if need be!

I have just got a 19" LCD 12ms and I was wondering if the refresh rate should be left at default - which is 60hz or extended to the maximum being 75hz?

You'll want at least 70hz.

Doesn't matter, since the image on an LCD is maintained until replaced, you do not get refresh rate flicker.

DVI actually has significant refresh rate limits at higher resolutions, and if using an analog feed, the card must be critically sharp at the resolution and refresh used.

If you are getting a gaming frame rate above 60 (VSYNC DISABLED), then it may be as well to push the refresh rate up to 75.

I have mine at 75mhz

works great np with it. Um ya this worng forum for it
