Very nice my friend. I like these fans:

There are zalman ones that are pretty much the same as well...but both are good as far as what I've seen. They are large though, so check to see if they will fit if you choose them.

That looks pretty sweet. The only thing I see that's a bit 'weak' is the 512 Meg of RAM. I'd think real hard about making that 1 Gig. The newer games and other applications will run a lot better with 1 Gig than they will with 512 Meg.

As for cooling, if $$ isn't a 'real' big issue, a Koolance Exos would keep that puppy nice and cool, and do it quietly

I think it is a GB.

512mb X 2. sounds like a gig to me anyway.

just incase it isnt 1gb, yeah dude get 1gb. Btw very nice setup there. It should be a beast. I do have one question though: why are you getting the SLI motherboard and then buying an X800? I mean I love ATI cards and I dont think i'll use an nvidia card but still if you want SLI, why get ATI?

oh... and don't bother with the sli motherboard... would be a waste of time as you can't use two ati cards in sli... so get the standard NF4 ultra asus board

the ballistix is very nice RAM indeed....and yes...if you can afford it, go for 1024MB x2 instead of 512MB x2

two sticks of 1024mb ddr would be worse timings than four sticks of 512... you're lucky to see 3-4-4-8 on 1024 ddr400 sticks... whereas crucial will do 2-2-2-5 at 400 and 2.5-3-3-7 at 500 (even with 4 sticks)

hrmm...maybe DDR2 doesn't have that issue then

sorry if it was confusing, but yes its 1gig of ram .. i wish i could get another gig of ram but i dont want to spend tooo much .. anyways how is the crucial better than the corsair?

are they going to come out with a amd fx mobo with pci-e and not sli? cuz i sorta dont want the sli just one pci-e slot because i really want a x800xt pci-e

also a question about ram. ive been looking around and i see ddr2 pc2 5200 , pc 4000, pc3200... does the number after "pc" stand for the bandwidth? (example pc4000 = 4gig bandwidth?)

Actually I'd say use a nforce3 or wait for VIA kt890 becouse the new nforce4 NV card specfic optumzations actually hurt ATI card performance. The nforce 4 is slower then nforce3 by a little but nforce 4 is more feature rich...

right. listen to Neon. There is an unfortunate problem with the nforce4 boards which makes me weep. I probably will not be buying an nforce board on my next computer sadly.

if you consider a thermaltake case, look at the Shark series from TT. Full aluminum towers. The Tsunami series looks cool, but is really flimsly.
