what's wrong with my MSFRONTPAGE???

after i disabled some services and cleaned uneeded files my msfrontpage does'nt work anymore, it's a having a C++ runtime error, what seems to be the problem? i even unistalled it and reinstalled but to no avail

you might have fried your runtimes. It might be time to download them off MS's website to replace them

or maybe just enable those services that you thought you didnt need(thats more likely the problem)

what Windows, IE and FrontPage version ?

locate a file called "cmdui.prf" if you have one, close the program then rename or delete the file.
and restart the program, see if this helps.

if you cannot locate the file, or the above won't help,
uninstall/reinstall the FrontPage again, before doing this disable your AV program first.

if it continue to exist, try upgrading or re-installing the IE. and see..

i've seen many of this FrontPage questions went unanswered,
and some of them ends up with a reformat/re-install Windows. so i'm not sure those will help. GoodLuck!
