Memory and cpu performance

as you can see from the image the ram and cpu are not scoring as high as one would expect, is the cpu score due to the "amd not performing as well as intel in certain things" or is there something wrong? and also the memory should perform better since the other computers are kinda old... btw mines the one labeled "baseline"
