Pissed My computers buzzing on low fps on cz / cs please oh please help me!

OK this is pissing me off... a long time ago i thought it was my x800xt but now im pretty sure its not the card but something in my pc... but i HAVE NO CLUE what is causing this...

when i play on any map and i get under 100 fps something in my pc starts doing this zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz noise that is very noticable but not to loud.. when i move my mouse to a place where i get over 100 fps it goes back to regular without doing noise, than if i look back to a place with under 100 fps it starts buzzing agian.. i have no clue what can be causing this problem.. and its pissing me off now (been happening for quite a while now...)

When my pc isnt buzzing at all even under 100 fps its noticably smoother compared to when it buzzez it feels like its chuging along..

also i can exit out the game and go back in and sometimes it doesent do it... but it doesent always stop when i exit out of the game and go back in

my system

(dont u love wysiwug?? )

I shut off the 2 back fans in my case and it wasnt them... i turned my power supply power knob to low and its not that.. i stoped the graphic card fan with my finger for a sec and it wasnt that

All quality settings maxed out.. Max AA/AF, 1600x1200, Vsync off.

i have no clue what is the problem and why it does that weird buzzing sound when i get under 100 fps. it doesent happen in any other game i have exept cs/cz.

PLEASE find a fix to this its driving me insane lol

Are you 100% sure its the PC and not the monitor? I used to have a problem with my 15 inch where when it was at it's max refresh rate it made an extremely annoying.. extremely high pitched whine.

I remember hearing something somewhere (I believe it was here) that some Radeon cards made some sort of noise under certain circumstances.. (mine even does it.. although its a very low buzz) I believe I remember it saying it was the capacitors causing the sound... not 100% sure though.

System Specs

Put an empty toilet paper roll to your ear, listen with that to pinpoint the origin of the sound.

yeah I've heard radeons do that. its not so much the capaciters but the heatsinks on them rubbing up against eachother...at least thats what I figured out, cause when you touch the heatsinks(OWCH) the vibration is dampened and it stops buzzing.

its odd that you have this problem when its below 100FPS though.

seriously change the refresh rate...even if it IS just your card, that might be the push it needs.
