IN the tray i have an icon for "safely removing hardware." I have no Idea when it got there, but it is annoying me. ST3160827AS on ATA channel 0. I would assume its my dvd drive, since its my only ata drive, but windows calls it Drive C:. Anyone know how I either disable it if it is a phantom drive or stop windows from trying to allow me to disable it.

It's normally for SATA drives to have that icon in your task bar. However, it is strange that is just now decides to have that icon there. It won't cause any issues.
