Socket 775.....Memory and Heatsink

Well, I've decided to give up waiting for the NForce4 Ultra motherboards to come out, so I've decided to build my first P4 computer. Below you'll see the major components of this new computer, or at least the ones I've decided on so far.

Abit AA8XE Fatal1ty
Intel P4 560j 3.6 ghz (Prescott)
Sapphire X850 XTPE 256 mb PCI-E

Now the two pieces that I'm having trouble making my mind up on is a good heatsink and fan combo (does anybody know if a Thermalright XP-90 will fit the Abit motherboard) and some good memory. I have about maybe $250 to $300 to spend on the memory. Comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm familiar with the LGA 775 RM bracket for the socket T motherboards, The Fatal1ty has that Dual Otes cooling system which runs along the top of the motherboard and limits the amount of space around the processor bracket, and believe me, the XP-120 needs lots of space.. I received word from Thermalright that the XP-120 won't fit the AA8XE Fatality. I was wondering if anyone was using a XP-90 with the Fatal1ty , hence my question.

By the way, I think I'm going to get this memory from newegg

well, i don't know what to tell you then. If the MoBo won't let you fit the HSF, then it limits you to your decisions on cooling. Why not look into water cooling if the MoBo limits your air cooling options?
