Default Post Infinite Loop?

I was just playing Serious Sam The Second Encounter, and the system hard locked. When I rebooted the system. I recieved this error:

//
// Watchdog Event Log File
//

LogType: Watchdog
Created: 2002-11-08 01:22:46
TimeZone: 360 - Central Standard Time
WindowsVersion: XP
EventType: 0xEA - Thread Stuck in Device Driver

//
// The driver for the display device got stuck in an infinite loop. This
// usually indicates a problem with the device itself or with the device
// driver programming the hardware incorrectly. Please check with your
// display device vendor for any driver updates.
//

I have seen this error before, but never on my system... does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

System specs:

AMD Athlon Tunderbird 1400 @ 1400
RADEON 7500 64MB DDR retail
Windows XP Pro
Drivers used: 6.13.10.6166

Any help with this would be appreciated.
