Urgent help! need good giude foe building pc

Hi,, sitting in my living rom with many different parts rite now,, My new baby was delivered to my today. But got one problem. Cant reach the guy who was gonna help me put on the cpu and the fan. Im really noobish and have never done that before. Realy scared Im gonna f**** up.

Is there there some guide on the net I can use. I found some. But they only say: put cpu here, dont push.. And I knowe that.. Im gonna fit on a amd 393, and a termalright xp 120 btw. Got high qualty gop and one antistatix fore one hand.

Does anyone one knowe..any guide I can use?

Heyyym thers no plastic on my cpu,, core,, i can see it ,, is this normal??????
