need help shadowing bios

can any1 tell me how 2 shadow my bios, according to asus pc-probe it can be shadowed, so how do i shadow it?

i dont know a lot, but dont you mean "flash" instead of "shadow"? sorry if i'm wrong, but i never heard of shadowing before.

shadowing is the technique of loading the bios information into the ram for faster access and can yield some performance increase...

ah, i see. sorry for my n00bness.

i looked on the internet and found that you should be able to do it through the bios settings, opening bios at startup. hope this helps.

System Specs

There should be an option in your bios for it. However, it's usually on by default, and actually, with new computers, most things I've read say it's better to leave it off. I haven't experimented much with it, but from what I've seen, any performance difference is pretty insignificant.

well if it supposed be in there i don't see it... could it be anywhere else or is it enabled by default and i can't disable it?
