can't flash bios on my MB

This is my MB.
BIOS(amibios-020815s.rom) and program for flashing (aminf335)i've downloaded from here.
I used boot disk that was made in win xp and win98.I used also the others version of flash utilities(aminf332 in aminf324) and always failed.Always get the same message:
[COLOR=dark red]DOS/4G Protected Mode Run-time version 2.01a
Copyright (c) Tenberry Software, Inc.1996
-Chipset type -SiS SiS/SB
-Flash Part-SST 39VF020_V1
-Error 2-file does not exist[/COLOR]
I also notice that there is a 7.1version of 810MLR+,mine is 3.0.My question is,can i use bios of 7.1 board on mine 3.0 810LMR?

could there be some bios settings you have to change before flashing .
eg bios virus protection

What is the exact command line you're trying when you get that error message?

aminf335.exe (that is the ami flash utility for my bios)

That's why you get that error message.
More than likely the command you have to run is

aminf335.exe 020815s.rom

Make sure both files are on the same folder or you would have to provide the full path.

and i thought i just have to run aminf335.exe and then it will ask me about bios file,thanks man,i hope i will not do anythig wrong
