Best Memory-Performance?

I'm looking for the best memory for my P4-300.
Can someone advise me on this, I'm thinking of corsair or something like it.
I'm a power user.
Thank you

A P4 300? Could you please restate your processor type and speed and let us know your mainboard make and model?
