motherboard match up for xfx 6800 Ultra??
I'm thinking of buying a xfx 6800 ultra, or a BFG 6800 ultra.
i have a gigabyte ga-8i875 ultra mainboard, is it a good matchup or should i invest in a PCI-express board and card? help appreciated. Nez |

If its in your budget go for the PCI-e. Although most of the current generation of video cards that are PCI-e don't benefit MUCH from the extra bandwidth, future gens will. Plus if you are going to go GeForce you could get an SLI board so you can go to SLI in the future.
