Media Displays as white blur???

Problem:

Opening any type of media, dvds, avi, mpeg etc in Windows Media Player 9+10, Winamp, Intervideo DVD and Nero media player the whole scene goes almost all white, cloudy, like its to bright...

Tried using codecs here and no help. There is nothing wrong with the media as it works fine on dvd players and other computers.

Any ideas how to fix?
